Hair thinning in women is so much more common than anyone talks about. And it’s one of the things I get asked about most.

My go-to treatments are the regenerating ones, microneedling and mesotherapy. They work by getting your skin’s own cells working again, supporting your follicles and helping with the thickening of your hair. No miracle promises, just something that works with your body.

It’s also not a one-and-done. You need a course of treatments, then we see how your hair responds, and from there we talk about maintenance. I’ll always be honest with you about what’s realistic before you spend a penny.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. Schedule now 👌

Yes, sometimes I say no. And I’d rather say it to your face than take your money.

If you ask for something that isn’t right for your skin, or it’s too much at once, or it just won’t give you the result you’re hoping for, I’ll tell you. Saying yes to everything isn’t good care. It’s just good sales.

I want you to leave knowing I looked after you, not that I sold to you. If that means a different plan, a smaller plan, or waiting, that’s what we’ll talk about.

More treatment isn’t automatically a better result. I know that’s not what most of the industry wants you to hear, but I’d rather be honest with you.

There’s so much being sold right now, and it moves so fast that even I find it overwhelming. Sometimes the best thing I can do is tell you to do less. One thing, done properly, and give your skin time to respond.

That’s the whole idea behind how I work. No hype, no pressure, no list of add-ons. Just a straight conversation about what your skin needs and what’s actually worth your money.

If your skin has started behaving like it belongs to someone else, you're not imagining it.

It's one of the things I hear most in clinic. Women in their 40s telling me their skin changed almost overnight. Drier. Less bounce. Breakouts they haven't had since they were 16. And usually a quiet sense that they must be doing something wrong.

You're not. Your skin isn't failing. It's responding to falling oestrogen, which plays a big part in collagen production, hydration, and how quickly skin repairs itself.

That's why skin quality treatments tend to matter more now than they did a decade ago. They're not about chasing something that's gone. They're about supporting the structure and hydration your skin is working harder to hold onto.

It won't change everything that comes with this stage of life. But it can help you feel a bit more like yourself in your own skin.

If this sounds familiar, I'd love to hear what you've noticed. Drop it in the comments or send me a message, as it helps more women realise they're not the only one.

Rating treatments out of 10, honestly. đź‘€

Microneedling, chemical peels, mesotherapy... I get asked about all of them. Some have been around for years and the results are proven. Microneedling works with your body's own natural healing, which is what I love about it. Peels are really easy to fit into life. And did you even know there are two types of mesotherapy?

For me, it comes back to what leaves your skin looking healthy and refreshed, not overdone. Every skin is different, so the "best" treatment is the one that's right for yours.

Which one would you like me to rate next? 💬 Dm us👌

Treatment is only one part of an appointment.

First we listen. Then we assess, because not every concern needs the same solution. Then we talk through your options and build a plan around you, and the conversation carries on after you've left.

You don't need to know what you want before you come in. Start with what's bothering you, and we'll work out the rest together.

A Klinikk consultation is a good place to begin.

I think it's important to know where a trend actually comes from before jumping on it. Something like polynucleotides — they've only really been used in aesthetics for a few years. That doesn't mean they don't have a place, but it does mean I want to understand them properly before I use them on anyone's face.

I've had patients come to me with dark circles that just weren't treated properly, or treatments that weren't right for them, used purely because they were trending. My job is to undo that and actually treat what's there.

And the basics still matter most. SPF, for the face, for under the eyes — every single day. That's not glamorous, but it's the foundation everything else sits on.
