SHE BOOKED 1.1ML… BUT LEFT WITHOUT FILLER. 🚩

Can you guess why?

This lovely new client visited me for her first appointment at KB Aesthetics, originally booked in for 1.1ml lip filler.

At first glance, her lips appeared absolutely fine. However, on closer inspection and palpation, I identified significant lumpiness, unevenness and areas of superficial filler from PREVIOUS WORK (NOT MY OWN).

Rather than adding further product to an area I wasn’t happy treating, I made the decision not to proceed.

I discussed my findings with the client and recommended considering dissolving the existing filler before reassessing her lips for future treatment.

She’s planning to return when her schedule allows for the appropriate recovery time. 🤍

A little reminder:

Just because a client books 1.1ml doesn’t mean injecting 1.1ml is always the right decision.

Sometimes the most important part of our job is knowing when NOT to inject.
