I've had a cancellation next Thursday at 8:15 pm for facial massage.

An evening of facial massage appointments is available on Thursday the 15th of October
4pm till 10pm.

My treatment room will be getting prepped for the cooler months later this month.

Heated blanket, duvet, pillow, cosy and fluffy bedding incoming, and candles, moon lamp/Northern lights, and the oil warmer will all be switched on 🍂🥮🕯🎑🍁

Facial massages available with and without cleanse, sculpt, lymphatic drainage, hand and arm massage.

My 7pm client on a Wednesday evening is quite simply bossing her PT sessions!!

Not something I ever thought I'd say, as she is a self-confessed hater of exercise.....or at least she was!!

She's working on strength, cardio, balance, co-ordination, agility, functionality...the list goes on, and she's doing AMAZING at them all!!

I love it when someone actually starts to enjoy something they hated (well I think she might be enjoying it....just a little bit 🤏🤔🤣) and I love our sessions!

Hoodies are £20 each and I think T-shirts are £10 each (that's what I pay for them, so I don't make any profit on them as I'm just happy that you are happy to wear and advertise my little business). No need to pay until they arrive which will probs be mid/late October. All colours are available.

My Grandson has got the strength 🏋‍♂️💪, but needs to work on his form a little 🤣

Big shout out to Kayleigh Ford for hitting 100 kg on her hip thrusts yesterday! 10 reps at 96 kg, 10 reps at 98 kg then finishing on 10 reps at 100 kg 💪🍑

If you know Kayleigh, you'll know she only as a slight body frame, but don't let that fool you, that she wouldn't be strong!! 💪
