🤎 Update on how I’ll be taking extension orders 🤎

Just a recap on my story from yesterday incase you missed it..

Now that I’m fully caught up, I’m making a few changes to how I’ll be taking extension orders going forward.

Rather than taking continuous orders and payment upfront with long wait times, I’ll now be working with a limited number of orders each month.

You’ll be able to secure a space on a future month’s list, but payment won’t be taken until the beginning of your booked month.

For example, if you book a November space, you’ll be added to the November list and I’ll contact you at the beginning of November with your invoice. Once payment is received, your set will be made and sent out by the end of November. ✨

This means you’re no longer paying weeks in advance and then waiting for your order to reach the top of the queue. Your payment, production and dispatch will all happen within your booked month.

🛍️ The website is also changing

I’ll be disabling the website for orders, so going forward all orders will be arranged directly through invoice.

There will no longer be an online checkout, and Klarna and Clearpay will not be available.

This new system will allow me to keep the number of orders manageable alongside my new job (more on that later!), while still giving every set the time, care and attention it deserves. 🎀

🚨 If you currently have an unpaid invoice

If I have already sent you an invoice and you would like your order made this month, please make sure your invoice is paid by the end of this week.

As spaces are now limited, any unpaid invoices after this deadline will be moved into November.

And if we’ve already been chatting and you’ve requested an invoice but I haven’t sent it yet, please message me and I’ll get that sorted for you today.

This stunning luxury end set, made from 100% human hair in the new shade Mocha Melt (with a little extra blonde added throughout), has now gone off to its new home and I absolutely cannot wait to see these installed!

And because I spent lots of hours working through my extension list before I left, my current turnaround time is just 2–3 weeks! This is probably the shortest my turnaround has ever been! 😍
