Getting started is really simple.

First, choose your dispenser — Theia or Erebus.

Then choose your SNOAP — whether you want to start with soap, shampoo, conditioner, or a combination of them.

What happens after Dragons' Den?

Walking out of the Den with investment from Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones was an extraordinary moment for SNOAP.

But it wasn't the destination.

Some time later, Deborah came with me to visit Tops Day Nurseries and see SNOAP being used in the real world.

This little piece of our conversation has always stayed with me, because you can hear Deborah thinking about what happens when you take one relatively simple change and multiply it.

The plastic that could be saved.
The money that could be saved.

Tops initially trialled SNOAP in one nursery.

Today, SNOAP is used across all 33 Tops Day Nurseries, plus HQ.

Last week, I gave the opening keynote at the Help to Grow Alumni Conference and talked about what it takes to grow a business after the investment, the television appearance and the exciting moments.

So this seems a fitting way to finish What the Dragons Said About SNOAP.

You want to be more eco-friendly… but you really don't want to share a bar of soap.

We get it. In fact, it's one of the reasons SNOAP exists.

How many bottles can two SNOAP bars replace?

Seeing them all together makes the difference rather difficult to ignore.

Most of us have spent years buying bottles of liquid hand wash without really questioning the system: buy the bottle, use the contents, throw it away, replace it with another bottle.

Where did SNOAP end up this month?

September took us from a festival field to Tuscany, onto a keynote stage in Cardiff — and into the home of a family whose story reminded us why changing something as ordinary as the way we wash can matter.

At Shambala, SNOAP was being used alongside Wild W***y Cabins, giving festival-goers access to proper handwashing without relying on bottle after bottle of liquid wash.

In Tuscany, Scott & Angus had started by trying just one SNOAP at their beautiful La Torre agriturismo. They loved it. One became many, and SNOAP is now being used throughout the property.

Back in Cardiff, I gave the opening keynote at the Welsh Alumni National Conference, sharing what I've learnt from 22 years, four businesses and the rather unexpected journey that eventually led to inventing SNOAP.

And Tracey and Callie's story brought September back to something much more personal: the people who actually use SNOAP every day.

That's what I love about looking back at a month like this.

SNOAP might have started with a problem in our own family bathroom, but it's increasingly turning up in places I could never have imagined back in 2020.

Festival fields. Hotels. Businesses. Homes.

Where next?

Peter Jones saw something bigger than a soap dispenser.

There was a moment in the Den when Peter started talking about what SNOAP could become.

And then he made that comparison.

Watching it back still makes me think about what we are actually trying to build.

Because the opportunity for SNOAP isn't simply to sell more soap.

It's to change the system people use to wash.

Instead of repeatedly buying bottles of liquid hand wash, body wash and shampoo, the SNOAP Refillable Soap Dispenser System stays in place and is refilled with solid bars.

Peter understood that.

And his comparison with Tetra Pak showed that he wasn't just looking at the product sitting in front of him in the Den. He was thinking about what could happen if an everyday system changed at scale.
