2. Booking deadline: Appointment must be booked and deposit paid by midnight on Monday to qualify for 15% off.
3. Treatment date: Your treatment can take place on a later date, subject to availability, but must be booked in during the offer period.
4. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your discount is only secured once the deposit has been received.
5. Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice and your discount will still apply.
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit and the offer no longer applying.
6. Exclusions:
• Offer does not apply to retail products, gift vouchers, or hair/beauty services.
