Yes, I spend my days waxing, doing lashes, brows, skin and nails… but there’s a whole other side to running EHOB that you don’t always see.

Updating the website.
Improving the booking journey.
Planning what’s next.
Sorting systems.
Reviewing treatments.
Making things easier for you.
And generally having 47 tabs open in my brain at once 🫠

I’ve been spending some proper time working ON the business, not just IN it, because I want EHOB to keep improving and evolving, rather than just doing things the same way because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”

There are lots of little changes happening behind the scenes right now, and they’re all about making your experience smoother, easier and even better. 🤎

So if you see me staring intensely at a laptop with a pencil in my mouth… I promise I am actually working. 😂

Apparently after 20 years in beauty, my eyes have finally filed a complaint 😂👓

I’ve listened, had them checked and I now have ready readers for the really close-up stuff at work, so waxing, nails and all those tiny details are getting HD vision from now on 🤣

Good news though, I don’t need to wear them all the time. Just when I’m working up close.

Yesterday I teased that something new was on its way… and here she is 🔥

Our brand-new triple wax heater has officially landed at Ema’s House of Beauty.

Why? Because you lot are keeping us VERY busy with body waxing and we needed to level things up.

Having three heaters on the go means no waiting around for wax to melt between appointments. Fresh wax, ready to go, appointment after appointment.

From underarms, legs and bikini waxing to male chest and back waxing, we’re fully set up and ready to keep things moving even on our busiest days.

We’ve waxed for years, we know our stuff, and this little salon upgrade means one thing…
