The Holistic Dragonfly

You’re getting on with life, looking after everyone else and doing what needs to be done… but somewhere along the way, you’ve stopped making much room for yourself. 🤍

You want to feel lighter. More connected. A little more like the person you remember being.

And that feeling? It’s worth making space for, isn’t it? ✨

You deserve moments of calm in the middle of the chaos.

Time to breathe. Space to reconnect with yourself. A chance to feel cared for, too.

That’s what I want The Holistic Dragonfly to offer you — a little space away from the demands of everyday life, where you can pause, rest and just be YOU. 🪽

You spend so much of your life being there for everyone else.

Let there be a little time for you, too. 🤍

OH MY!! I genuinely can’t believe I’m writing this! 😭🦋
I’ve just received the news that I’m officially a UK FINALIST for Holistic Practitioner of the Year 2026! 🥹🤍

Out of thousands of applicants, I’ve been selected as ONE OF JUST 25 finalists in the UK……😭

I feel so incredibly grateful, proud and emotional. Because The Holistic Dragonfly is so much more than a business to me. 🤍

It was born from my own journey with grief and healing, and discovering something that gave me a sense of purpose again🦋

I never imagined that something so personal would grow into what it is today, and to have that recognised in this way means more than words can say.

To every person who has trusted me, supported me, shared my posts or cheered me on, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’re part of this journey too🥰

Today, I’m letting myself feel proud. Little old me… a UK finalist! 😭🌟
