1. don’t underestimate the power of being the makeup artist people feel comfortable sitting sometimes hours with. the makeup does matter, but so does how you make someone feel in your chair 🥹

2. I look back at my first glams and I’m always SHOOK at how far I’ve come from when all I wanted to do was throw a chunky glitter cut crease on my clients eyelids? Look at the difference almost ten years has made 😂✨

3. following on from slide 2.. everyone’s journey is different but I certainly have grown with my business. What started out as a 16 year old in her bedroom with bright colour eyeshadow palettes to now being a self proclaimed soft glam queen🥹 my business is now a fully functional makeup artistry business glamming all over the country & world keep going 🌍

5. soooo important!!! educate yourself on the tools and products that you already have in your kit! once you have used those to their full potential you will then learn what’s missing from your kit

6. ever turned up at a wedding booking without lash glue? thank god for that one bridesmaid who had a emergency spare one with her. Always DOUBLE TRIPLE QUADRUPLE CHECK🤣

7. a really important one. we all get wrapped up in this silly lil social media world, focus of your craft & retaining your clients the rest will unfold itself 🤎

9. the makeup industry is forever evolving did us triple stacked lash baddies think we would be rocking a lash lift and bronzer for every shadow in 2017? No 🤣 just because I’ve been in this industry now for almost 10 years I’ll never stop learning the new trends and techniques 🤎
