• We support people to be part of the local community and to be treated as equal to others
• We support people to have their say

Tuesday’s Keystones friends kicking off our last week before we finish for a 2 week break, with a relaxed art session with other friends joining us from Out & About at our base, Wythenshawe Cricket Club & catching up on all the weekend’s news.
After lunch, walking netball & football outdoors, with Better Things at The Lifestyle Centre in Woodhouse Park, a lovely day had by all, especially as this was our last ever Keystones Tuesday, as we will return at the end of September to continue our service only on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
Therefore we’d really love to thank Kate & John & all our friends from ‘Better Things’ for the amazing weekly inclusive sports sessions & friendship over these past few years, also big thanks to the lovely staff at The Lifestyle Centre Café, for the best snacks, drinks & service.
It’s been a pleasure knowing you all - thanks for the memories made ⚽️ 🏏 ⚾️ ☕️ 🤝 🌟
