Raw story time this morning.

I’ve never really spoken about what it’s like to relive every detail — every hour, every moment, from receiving that phone call, getting to the hospital, and finding out my daughter had passed away.

The grief of losing a baby is something I don’t think you can ever truly put into words. And it isn’t just the grief itself. It’s everything that can come with it afterwards — the trauma, the anxiety, the fear, the memories that never seem to leave.

Some days I can talk about it. Other days, even the smallest thing can take me right back there.

This is just a raw and honest part of my story that I don’t often share.
