WHY SOPRANO TITANIUM?
Because not all laser hair removal is the same 👀

3 wavelengths. 1 treatment.
Targets hair at different depths for effective hair reduction.

ICE PLUS™ cooling.
Continuously cools the skin throughout treatment, keeping things comfortable.

Quick appointments.
Its large treatment area means we can work efficiently — yes, even full body.

Suitable for all skin tones.
Designed to safely treat a wide range of skin types, all year round.

And my favourite part…
Less shaving. Less regrowth. Less thinking about body hair altogether.

Basically, if we’re doing laser, we’re doing it properly 💪🏼 🔥

Say hello to my most demanding client 😂 😂

“Can I have a facial?”
“Can I have a massage?”
“Muuuum, can I have a facial?”

YES. FINE. 🙄😂

Do we all agree that she’s probably going to expect this every week now? 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Should’ve just said no the first time… 🤣

Your body is always communicating but most of us were just never taught how to listen. 👂 The sooner you respond to the little whispers, the less likely you’ll ever hear the shout. ‼️
This is something I discuss with regular clients often. Your body knows when you’re due to have a massage. It’ll show you the signs 👇 👇

⚠️ little aches and pains start to arise.

⚠️ you’re feeling overwhelmed or lost in mental noise. You find yourself wishing you had more time for you.

⚠️ You find yourself massaging your own neck.

⚠️ Your sleep feels lighter or more restless than usual.

⚠️ Your shoulders keep creeping up toward your ears

⚠️ When you’re focused or stressed
you feel irritable or emotionally short-fused over small things 😩

None of these signs mean that something is wrong with you. It’s just information. It’s your body telling you it’s time for a massage. Listen to your body.

If this sounds familiar, it’s time to get booked in! Your body will thank you ❤️
