Offering dreadlock services from my home in Lancashire. If you're wanting dreadlocks or need any mai Hi guys, I'm Lucy. This is all included in the price.
I started my first ever dreadlock journey in June 2016. I instantly loved my locs and straight away I knew that this was something I wanted to be able to learn professionally and to be able to offer these services to other people. It's my dream to give others the confidence that their dreadlocks look awesome and for them to wear them proudly. With my desire and drive to provide a dreadlocking service in my local area, I set up my own business and built a super cosy log cabin just for purpose. The best part of doing dreadlocks for me is all the amazing people I get to meet and seeing the joy that new and tidy dreadlocks brings to you guys! The services I offer include:
- 100% natural dreadlock creation using backcombing and crochet method (Full head, half head, single dreads - you name it!)
- Dreadlock maintenance
- Dreadlock separating and repairs
- Rmeoving/Brushing out dreadlocks
- Human Hair Dreadlock Extensions (for permanent or temporary wear)
- Synthetic Hair Dreadlock Extensions (for permanent or temporary wear)
- Custom made unique wraps
- Beads and threads for decoration
But please ask me about any other dreadlocking needs you might have and I'll see what I can do to help! I have a shop set up in my cabin providing everything you need for dreadlocks including:
- Dreadlock Shampoos
- Deep clean kits
- Towels
- A large selection of beads
- Dreadlock Barrettes (leather or vegan options)
- Elastic Ties
and many more exciting accessories! Most of these can be found on my etsy shop too! Dreadlocking takes time and I can offer books to read, music to listen to, sketching, netflix, DVDs and xbox to help make it more enjoyable for you whilst you're here. Aswell as a good supply of a variety of brews and some snacks. If you already have dreadlocks or are thinking of getting them then please get in touch. Back in my flow after another fab summer βοΈ
I had Dawn in today for a good tidy up on her lovely locs - some matting needed separating, re-blunting the ends of some locs and pulling in all the fuzz - looking super neat and tidy once again πβ¨οΈπ

π€ Business Update π€
I wanted to share an update about how my working week is going to look going from the New Year.
Over the past couple of years I've had the absolute pleasure of building my tattooing business alongside my dreadlock business.
I'm incredibly passionate about tattooing and I want to continue giving myself the time and space to develop my skills and grow in that direction, but at the same time, i genuinely love doing dreadlocks. I have built such special connections with so many of my lovely clients over these past 9 years which is something I want to keep enjoying.
But to keep a healthy balance between dreadlocks, tattooing and family time and my physical health (it ain't easy on the wrists π€ͺ) I've decided to restructure my working week and dedicate one full day and evening each week, from January 2027, specifically to my dreadlock clients.
This ensures i can continue to offer quality dreadlock appointments and taking care of your lovely locs whilst also having time to focus on my tattooing the other days.
My appointment availability willl become more limited and wait times therefore naturally longer. I completely understand this may not work for everyone. If you need to keep to more regular appointments than i can offer, I am more than happy to recommend some other amazing locticians who may be able to offer you more availability.
But for those of you who are happy to wait and continue with me, I would absolutely love to keep taking care of your locs and having our catch ups!
Please note, this does not affect anyone who already has appointments booked in with me, this will come into effect for bookings from January 2027.

I just loooove a good tidy up! β¨οΈ
I had the lovely Jayne in my cabin the other day for a good tidy on her gorgeous locs!
A little patching in was needed too but these are back to being super neat, healthy and strong once again π
