My lovely client has just turned 40 and came in for her follow-up review after having a little tweak. The goal? Subtle, natural results that leave her looking refreshed without anyone being able to tell exactly what she’s had done. 🤌🏼

It’s not always about adding volume… it’s about creating balance. 👄

My client has naturally very pale lips, making the vermilion border and natural definition more subtle, so this treatment was all about precision, proportion and enhancing what she already has.

Her lower lip was particularly straight, so our focus was on creating a softer, more defined shape and improving the balance between the upper and lower lips, working towards a more harmonious lip ratio. ✨

These are fresh off the needle, so there’s some immediate swelling which can temporarily affect the overall shape. I’m confident that as the swelling settles, we’ll see a softer, more refined result emerge.

Lip filler isn’t just about how much you inject. It’s about understanding anatomy, assessing proportions and knowing exactly where to place the product to create balance.

She originally came to me wanting chin AND jaw filler… but I said no to the jaw filler. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And I’ll always say no to a treatment if I don’t believe it will genuinely enhance you.

You’re walking around with my product in your face afterwards — so there is absolutely no way on earth I would ever want a client to leave me looking anything other than better than when they walked in.

For this client, we decided that subtle was enough.

Rather than focusing on one specific area, we used 1ml of filler across three areas — the chin and pre-jowl area — to create a little more definition and balance without overdoing it.

Could we add more in the future? Absolutely. But for now, this is enough.

And that’s the whole point of aesthetics for me. It’s not about using as much product as possible or doing every treatment a client asks for. It’s about looking at the face as a whole and deciding what will actually suit you.

She simply isn’t a suitable candidate for jaw filler, and I’m perfectly happy saying that.

Please go to an injector who is willing to tell you NO.

✨ CHLOE “BRUISED LIKE A PEACH” ✨

50 units for Chloe’s first anti-wrinkle treatment — and look at that result! 🤌🏼

This was Chloe’s top-up appointment, where we made a few little tweaks to fine-tune her result.

She had a slight pull on the lateral corrugator, so we treated that, added a little higher in the forehead with longevity in mind, and then used what was left to move onto the lower face.

We treated:
• Lateral corrugator
• Forehead
• Chin dimpling
• DAO for a subtle sad-smile correction

And this is something I always explain to clients — once you’ve purchased your vial, it’s yours. So if there’s product remaining after your main treatment, we can use it where appropriate rather than wasting it.

Chloe bruised like a peach after her treatment, so that will now be her official nickname! 🍑
