📢 Important Update to My Salon Policy 📢

Hi everyone! 💗

To help my business run smoothly and ensure appointments are fair for all clients, I have introduced a few new policies that will take effect from now on.

✨ Deposits
A 35% deposit of your treatment total must be paid at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

✨ Guests
From now on, only one person may attend your appointment with you, unless we have discussed any additional needs beforehand. Unfortunately, I have had items go missing from my workspace, so I need to put this policy in place to protect my business. Thank you for understanding.

✨ Cancellations
I completely understand that things come up and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled.

• If you cancel without paying your deposit, 50% of your appointment total will need to be paid before you can book another appointment.
• If you cancel at the last minute on more than three occasions, I will unfortunately no longer be able to offer you future appointments, as repeated last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on my small business.
