Maybe it’s good genetics. Maybe it’s great skincare. Maybe it’s water, sleep and being extremely well-behaved…
Or maybe she has a very good injector 😉✨
The sweet spot for me is when you look fresh, rested and really well, but nobody can quite work out why.
A little support here, a little skin work there, and absolutely no desire to make you look like anyone other than yourself.
If that’s your kind of aesthetic too, you're in the right place 💜

If I could have a little word with my 22-year-old self about skin, I’d probably start with: please wear SPF and stop thinking stronger always means better 😂
Because looking after your skin well over time is far less about doing everything, and much more about doing the right things consistently.
A good SPF. A retinoid your skin actually tolerates. Proper barrier support. Sensible treatments when there’s a reason for them. Then, as the years go on, pay attention to what can change the picture, including hormones, collagen loss, and how your skin starts behaving differently.
I wouldn’t be trying to preserve my 22-year-old face forever. I’d just want to give my skin the best chance to age well, feel healthy, and still look like me at every stage.
Turns out the long game is usually the cleverest one ✨
If you’re not sure what your skin actually needs right now, send me a message or book a consultation, and we can put a proper plan together 🤍
Your December skin starts now ✨
If you want your skin looking its best for Christmas parties, dinners, photos and everything else December brings, now is the time to start thinking about it.
The treatments that make the biggest difference to skin quality usually aren’t the ones I’d squeeze in a few days before an event. Collagen stimulation, pigmentation, texture and laxity all need a little more planning.
Right now, I’d be thinking about LaserME if pigmentation, sun damage and uneven texture are bothering you, Neauvia Sectum radiofrequency if firmness and skin laxity are higher on the list, or microneedling if we want to improve texture and stimulate collagen.
If your skin is feeling drier, thinner or generally a little lacklustre, particularly through perimenopause and menopause, treatments such as NCTF, Neauvia Hydro Deluxe, polynucleotides or Profhilo Structura may form part of the plan depending on what your skin actually needs.
And if it’s the lower face and jawline you’re thinking about, LipoLas is one I’d be looking at where localised fullness and laxity are contributing to that softer, less defined appearance.
Then, as December gets closer, we can move towards the lovely finishing touches. Think LED, gentle peels and hydration-focused treatments to get the skin looking fresh, smooth and healthy before an event.
The trick is not trying to throw everything at your face the week before the Christmas party 😂 A little planning now gives us far more options and far better timing.
If you want your skin looking fresh, healthy and very much like you by December, send me a message or tap the link in my bio to book a consultation and we’ll work backwards from your festive diary. 💌

This is the kind of change so many women come in asking me about. Not a different face, just a little more definition through the lower face and jawline, and skin that feels firmer and better supported.
These results are after LipoLas, which is particularly interesting for the lower face because it can address more than one thing at once. It uses dual-wavelength laser technology to target localised fat while also supporting skin tightening, which can be really helpful when softness under the chin and skin laxity contribute to a less defined jawline.
What I like here is that the improvement is noticeable, but she still looks completely like herself. You can see a cleaner profile, more definition through the jawline and an overall firmer appearance through the lower face.
It’s also a really good example of why I won’t just look at a softer jawline and automatically reach for filler. Sometimes the issue is laxity. Sometimes it’s localised fat. Sometimes it’s both, and that’s where a treatment like LipoLas can make a lot of sense.
If your lower face has started to feel softer or less defined and you’re not sure what would actually help, send me a message or book a consultation via the link in bio 💌
If you remember dancing to this in the clubs, it might be time to start thinking about collagen 😂
Microneedling is one of my go-to treatments for skin that’s starting to feel less smooth, firm, or resilient than it used to.
By creating controlled microchannels in the skin, it triggers a natural repair response and stimulates fresh collagen and elastin production. Over time, that can help improve fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven texture, acne scarring and overall skin quality.
The best bit is that the work continues after you leave clinic. Your skin keeps remodelling for weeks afterwards, which is why a course can make such a noticeable difference.
So if you remember every word to a song that somehow came out 20 years ago, consider this your collagen reminder 🙌🏽

I know it would be much easier if you could just text me, “My jawline’s changing, what do I need?” and I replied with one treatment and a booking link 😂
But this is exactly why I’m so big on proper assessment.
The same concern can come from completely different things. Skin laxity, volume changes, collagen loss, hormonal changes, pigmentation, texture, facial support. Sometimes one treatment makes perfect sense. Sometimes it’s a combination. Sometimes the treatment you thought you wanted isn’t actually where I’d spend your money.
So yes, I’ll absolutely give you my treatment recs…but I’m going to ask questions first.
Because the goal isn’t to squeeze you into a treatment. It’s to work out what’s actually going on and choose something that makes sense for your skin, your face and where you are right now.
If you’ve got a concern and no idea where to start, send me a message or book a consultation via the link in our bio, and we’ll figure it out together 💌
I am here for the tea - part of the service if you will ☕️👀🫶🏽

Skin laxity is one of those phrases we use all the time in aesthetics, but it can mean very different things from one face to the next.
Two women can both come to me saying, “My jawline has dropped,” and need completely different treatment plans. One may primarily need collagen stimulation and tightening. Another may have lost deeper support through the mid-face. Someone else may have a mixture of skin laxity, volume change and reduced tissue quality.
That’s why I’m cautious when I see one treatment being marketed as the answer to sagging.
I use radiofrequency, regenerative injectables, structural treatments and dermal filler where appropriate, but I choose them according to what I can actually see and feel when I assess your face. Sometimes one treatment is enough. Quite often, a considered combination gives us far more sensible results.
Sometimes I’ll also explain that a non-surgical treatment simply cannot produce the degree of lifting somebody has in mind. I’d much rather have that conversation at the beginning than sell someone a series of treatments that could never meet their expectations.
If your lower face or jawline is starting to change and you’re not sure what you need, book a consultation, and we can assess what’s contributing before deciding what to treat. Tap the link in my bio to get started 💌
