Which brow treatment is actually right for you?

The best brow treatment is not the biggest treatment. Definition brows can add polish and balance. Hybrid stain can create more depth on the skin and hair. Lamination can redirect and soften unruly growth. A longer-lasting option may help when daily drawing is the real frustration. The right choice depends on your natural hair, skin, routine and the result you want. We’ve completely matched her natural undertone, enhancing what she already has rather than changing it.

The aim was to softly blend the areas of pigmentation throughout the lips, creating a more even, balanced tone while keeping the result natural.

Why do we patch test with different wavelengths?

For this client, I’ve used two different wavelengths 532nm and 1064nm during her laser removal patch test.

Why? Because different wavelengths target different pigment colours within the skin.

1064nm is typically used to target darker/black pigment, while 532nm can be more effective on warmer tones such as red, orange and some brown pigments.

PMU pigment isn’t always as simple as what we can see on the surface. As laser begins to break pigment down, underlying colours can become more visible which is why assessing the pigment properly and choosing the correct wavelength is so important.

A patch test allows me to see how your pigment and your skin respond before we begin a full removal session, so I can create the safest and most effective treatment plan for you.
