- If you do not turn up to your appointment, the FULL amount of your treatment cost must be paid before a new booking can be made.
- No refunds will be given on booking tees should you wish to cancel at any point.
- No refunds will be given under any circumstances. In the unlikely event of any problems post-treatment, please inform me within 48 hours so I can rectify any issues.

- Arrive with clean, bare lashes/nails.
- Please avoid caffeine and remove all makeup & contact lenses before lash appointments. Excessive makeup or dirt buildup will be subject to a £5 deep cleaning charge.
- Come to your appointment ALONE. I do not have room for any guests or children.
- Please ensure you have no other commitments during your appointment time or immediately after. If you are unsure on timings, please just ask. I cannot produce my best work if I am rushed.
- Comfy clothing is highly encouraged!
- Arrive on time. Please message if you are running late.
- If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your booking fee. The full amount of the treatment will need to be paid before any
future bookings can be made. Zero Tolerance Policy
- I will NOT tolerate any rude, nasty or disrespectful behaviour. I run a business from my home therefore reserve the right to refuse service. Other techs’ work
I do not remove or infill any eyelash or nail
products that have not been applied by
me. This is due to the difference in products
and to prevent any chemical reactions or
damage to the natural lashes or nails. The
health of the client is my priority. Please have your lashes or nails removed
by the same tech who did them before
booking with me. If you arrive with any residue of product
on, I will not be able to continue with
your appointment. The booking fee will
not be refunded and the full amount of the
treatment will need to be paid before
making any future bookings. Patch tests
It is highly recommended to have a patch test. A patch test involves placing 4-5 lashes on
each eye, 48hrs prior to treatment. Please bear
in mind that this is only a small amount of
product therefore reactions can still occur, and
can be cumulative. Patch tests do not prevent a
reaction. If you do have a patch test and have a reaction. I will happily cancel your appointment and
refund your booking fee. In the event of a reaction after a full treatment. no refunds will be given. Unless advised by a doctor, it is not
recommended to remove the lashes as this puts
the adhesive back into a liquid state, increasing
exposure to the allergens, and further
increasing the reaction.
