Infrared sauna + red light therapy, all in one ✨

One of the things I particularly loved about the Sunlighten mPulse is that it brings infrared sauna and red light therapy together in one session.

Rather than simply heating the air around you like a traditional sauna, the mPulse uses infrared wavelengths alongside integrated red light therapy - combining infrared heat with light therapy to support relaxation, circulation, muscle recovery and skin health.

The mPulse can be enjoyed as a 30 or 45 minute standalone session, or you can add 15 minutes before your massage or reflexology treatment to warm and relax the body beforehand 🧘🏻‍♀️

If you’re bringing your little one, just let me know beforehand. I’m happy to block out time for feeds, nappy changes or any breaks they might need, so there’s no pressure to rush.

This week has been a lovely reminder of just how many different ways lymphatic drainage can support the body 🌿

Over the past week, I’ve treated:

✨A client 12 weeks postpartum, helping to reduce fluid retention, support her recovery and give her body some well-deserved care after pregnancy.

✨A client living with IBS, whose treatment focused on easing bloating and helping them leave feeling lighter, more comfortable and at ease.

✨Clients who have finished chemotherapy, using lymphatic drainage to support their recovery, reduce swelling, and promote relaxation (with approval from their healthcare team).

No two clients are the same, which is why every treatment is tailored to the individual. It’s about supporting your body in a way that feels right for you 💛

For any new followers here, I thought I’d reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Rebecca, and I started Wellness Within back in 2021 with the aim of creating a warm, cosy space dedicated to women’s wellbeing.

One of the biggest reasons I created Wellness Within was to provide safe, supportive massage treatments for people going through cancer treatment, after struggling to find places for my mum to receive massage when she was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. That experience shaped so much of the care and support I now hope to offer others.

At the same time, after 10 years working in sales as an account manager I began noticing how heightened my own nervous system had become. I knew I wanted to move into work that felt more meaningful and aligned with helping others feel calmer, supported and cared for.

Fast forward 5 years, and I still genuinely love what I do. I absolutely love meeting all of my lovely clients, and a huge focus of every treatment is helping women slow down their nervous system, truly switch off and deeply relax.

Little Ones Welcome 👩🏻‍🍼✨

I understand how challenging it can be to carve out time for yourself when you’re caring for little ones. Your wellbeing matters too.
You’re always welcome to bring your baby or toddler along to your appointment. The cabin is a calm, cosy, child-friendly space where they can play, rest, or stay close while you receive your treatment.

Reflexology is especially lovely if you may need to feed or hold your little one during your session, allowing you to fully relax while keeping them close 🦶🏼

When booking, just let me know if you’ll be bringing your little one so I can allow a little extra time, just in case we need it.
