There’s more to aesthetics than the treatment itself. šŸ’ž

There’s a lot that goes into what I do that you’ll never see on a price list.

The clinical knowledge behind a treatment. The time spent understanding your concerns and explaining your options. Being honest when I don’t think something is right for you. Checking in afterwards to see how you’re getting on.

I’ve never wanted Love Aesthetics x to be somewhere you come in, have a treatment and leave. I want you to understand what you’re having, why we’re doing it and what you can realistically expect from it.

And if I don’t think a treatment is going to benefit you, I will tell you. I’d much rather you spend your money on something that’s right for you than something you don’t need.

That’s what matters to me. And it’s what I always want you to get from your experience with me.

If that’s the kind of approach you’re looking for, my consultation link is in my bio. šŸ–¤

You don’t need to know how much filler you need.

If we go back a few years when filler was everywhere, it was completely normal to book x-number of mls for a certain area.

Thankfully, I think we’ve moved on from that era. šŸ˜‚

Filler 100% has its place. Sometimes a concern can be treated really effectively in isolation. But the very best results often come from looking at the face as a whole and understanding how everything fits together.

Sometimes the thing you’re concerned about isn’t actually being caused by the thing you think needs treating.

That’s why I think it’s so important to understand the bigger picture, know what your options are and make an informed decision that’s right for your own face.

You don’t need to come to me knowing what treatment you need.

You just need to know what you’d like to achieve. ✨

If you’re considering filler and aren’t sure where to start, my DMs are always open. 🩶

Maybe ageing gracefully was never the goal.

I don’t understand what that’s supposed to mean anyway.

At what point are you officially supposed to stop caring about the things that make you feel good? Your appearance, your health, your hair, your clothes, your career, trying new things, changing your mind?

I’m voting for NEVER. 🩷

Getting older should come with more freedom, not a growing list of things we’re apparently supposed to stop caring about.

If something makes you feel good, who exactly decided you need to justify it?

It’s 2026, in case you hadn’t realised 🄹

This one has been on my mind since my last reel went a little bit wild.

I wasn’t expecting the comments. I definitely wasn’t expecting some of the things grown adults felt comfortable saying to a complete stranger (from behind a screen, of course) šŸ„²šŸ™ˆ

But it did make me think about how much freedom we actually have now to make choices about ourselves and our own lives.

I’ve spent a lot of time working on myself over the years, and I genuinely believe that’s something we should all be encouraged to do.

Not because there’s something inherently wrong with us.

But because we’re all responsible for the things within ourselves that need work.

Our mindset. Our insecurities. Our behaviour. The things that make us angry, bitter or unkind.

Work on those. Don’t project them onto somebody else. It’s really toxic to try and hurt another person for no reason at all.

Wanting to improve your physical health, your appearance, your mindset, your relationships, your career, your life… whatever it is, is not something to be ashamed of.

And I think women, in particular, should be able to do that without being made to feel vain, ridiculous, insecure or ashamed.

So this isn’t really about a few nasty comments - it’s about the bigger picture.

And I think we could all be a little more supportive of each other. šŸ©·šŸ«¶šŸ¼

POV: your aesthetic practitioner disappeared from Instagram for the summer šŸ”¦šŸ”

Turns out getting married, honeymooning, working, parenting 3 (feels like 300) kids and eating my body weight in carbs doesn’t leave much time for content.

But I’ve had the BEST summer!! but I am also so ready for routine, work and a little bit of normality again.

So hiiii šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ I’m Kassie. I’m still here. I still inject faces. And I now consider myself a pasta connoisseur.

Some evidence that I haven’t just fallen off the face of the earth āž”ļø

One week ago today I became Mrs Carney ā™„ļø

The last few weeks have been some of the busiest and most emotional of my life, so this page has been a bit neglected.

Here’s one last wedding photo dump while I’m still recovering from it šŸ°šŸ¤

Now it’s time to get back to aesthetics. I’ve missed this page, but more than anything I’ve missed seeing my wonderful clients. Thank you to every single one of you for your continued support. My business wouldn’t be what it is without you, and I can’t wait to welcome you all back and do what I love. šŸŖ„āœØ

The aesthetics industry has convinced women that every line is a problem.

The longer I work in aesthetics, the more I realise that most women aren’t actually chasing filler.

They’re chasing a feeling.

They want to look fresher, healthier and less tired. And why wouldn’t we?

The problem is we’ve been sold the idea that every line needs filling.

It doesn’t.

In fact, some of the most natural, youthful faces still have lines when they smile, laugh and move.

The women who age best aren’t always the women having the most filler.

More often than not, they’re the women looking after their skin.

Filler replaces volume.

It doesn’t improve skin quality.

If you keep using filler to solve a skin quality problem, eventually you’ll end up with more filler than you need and still won’t achieve the result you’re looking for.

Trust me, I’ve been there myself – and it’s called filler blindness.

Skin quality first. Everything else second. That’s my ethos. šŸ–¤
