It's my 'Treat' day today & it's nothing to do ith food/drink 🤣🤣....

I'm not going to lie as a member I've done it before & before I knew it, that treat day had turned into a treat week ☹️☹️.... Now I choose something that makes me feel better about myself, I'll get my hair done, nails done or even get some new clothes 😀😀....

Yes I'm still going to the gym at 3am & I'm proud of myself for committing to this 💪💪....
I'm not going to lie, I've struggled over the last few years to get in the right mindset & gained some weight, which left me feeling like rubbish.... A few weeks ago I promised myself that I'm going to get back to my target weight & I knew I had to change a few things 🙂🙂....
Now I'm back doing my workout my mindset has changed, I'm food optimising better & I feel better, not only physically, but mentally too 🥰🥰....
It takes time & determination to where you want to be, so never lose hope 🩵🩵.... I'm always open about the struggles I have to my members & as a group we support & inspire each other 🙃🙃....
No judgement, no humiliation, just regular people wanting the same goals 🫶🫶...
