I’m glad I attended the consultation because for once I felt listened to, put at ease, talked about pre/during/after care and any allergies. Worried with deserve skin it would hurt, not at all! Went today to Harrogate for my patch test and i cant really wait to start my treatment with them, the place is beautiful, clean and very aesthetic. I recently did a full body and face hair laser removal and let me tell you how great it was, the place is so aesthetically pleasing and from the moment you get there they offer you coffee or cold drinks, I went with my husband and he even got to watch Netflix while I was getting my treatment haha . It was so smooth, painless. I felt so comfortable with Jenny, we just chatted about everything that I forgot for a moment I was getting a full body treatment haha . I have had a few sessions now on my face. As someone with PCOS and female. Who is very paranoid of my facial hair; from the initial consultation Georgia has put me at complete ease. Always making sure I am ok. Ensuring comfortable and making the process not feel overwhelming. I really enjoy coming for my sessions and look forward to them. I would highly recommend. This was my second session with Georgina and I am already blown away by the results. I have to pay homage to the team at Laser Base in Harrogate. They are, by far, the most lovely team with such an incredible culture and strong intent to make the experience so welcoming; from the minute you press the buzzer and are greeted over the intercom to the second you leave the building, it feels like you’ve known them for years. It is quite an exposing experience when getting bikini line done but I have only ever been made to feel more than comfortable. Georgina has such a warm presence and I can’t speak highly enough of her manner and professionalism but also the way she interacts with you - it’s always a joy to have a chat about life with her. The “base” itself is so aesthetically pleasing and you can tell every single detail has been thought of - from the Rituals diffusers to the syrup selection for a coffee!! Can’t recommended Laser Base enough.
