Choosing your practitioner based purely on cheap prices should always be a red flag. 🚩

The aesthetics industry is thriving, yet somehow treatment prices seem to be getting lower and lower.

I see it all the time — 3 areas of toxin for £99, filler for £50–£60 per ml, and practitioners pricing treatments so low that there can be very little margin left once product, prescribing, consumables, insurance, premises and other costs are taken into account.

As a client, I’d be asking questions.

What product is being used? Where has it been sourced? Is it genuine and appropriately stored? Is the practitioner insured, qualified and experienced? What happens if there’s a complication?

Aesthetics isn’t just about putting a needle into somebody’s face.

Practitioners invest thousands into education, anatomy knowledge, complication management, insurance, quality products and ongoing training. You’re paying for the knowledge behind that syringe — knowing the anatomy, understanding vascular structures, recognising risk and knowing what to do when something doesn’t go to plan.

There will always be practitioners at different price points, and being more expensive doesn’t automatically make somebody better. But price should never be the deciding factor when somebody is injecting your face.

Choose your practitioner because you trust their knowledge, their products, their standards and their results.

Your face isn’t the place to look for the cheapest deal. 🤍

This client’s tattoo removal journey has been consistent from the word go.
