I’ve been returning to my mat more and more and gravitating towards this type of practice. I’m in my yin era I think it’s because autumn is here 🍂 But it’s been so nice to just mess about on the mat, no one telling me what to do, not having a glaring screen infront of me. You know what to do.

& as always it doesn’t have to be everyday just when you feel like it 🙏 which potentially could be nearly everyday because it makes you feel so calm, grounded & sleepy 💤
