Helping you unlock your full potential through a holistic approach to mind and body.
A weekend in my life 💚
My weekends are my time to slow down, recharge and enjoy a bit of everything: sleeping a little longer, spending quality time with my clients outside the gym over a good Italian lunch and some shopping, fitting in my own workout, relaxing with a face mask and ending the day with food and a beer on the balcony with my partner. 🍝🛍️🍻
Being a coach doesn’t mean living a perfectly disciplined life 24/7. I train because I love feeling strong, I stay active because it makes me feel good—and I also enjoy the moments that make life fun.
Balance isn’t about earning your food or compensating for it with exercise. It’s about creating a lifestyle where movement, wellbeing and enjoyment can all exist together.
Train different. Live stronger. And enjoy your life along the way. 💚

Some questions come up again and again in coaching… so let’s talk about them. 💚
From staying consistent when life gets busy, to worrying about what others think of your body, to wondering whether an exercise is actually right for you…
Fitness isn’t just about following a workout.
It’s about understanding your body, building confidence and finding an approach that works for YOU.
There’s no perfect body, perfect exercise or perfect routine — but there is a way of training that can make you feel stronger, more capable and more confident.
💬 What’s a fitness question you’ve always wanted to ask a coach?

ATYPICAL PT IS EVOLVING… 💚
Welcome to Atypical Coaching.
This isn’t simply a new name—it represents everything my coaching has grown into.
What started with Personal Training has become something bigger: strength, confidence, performance, support and connection.
I chose Atypical because no two people, bodies, goals or journeys are the same—so your coaching shouldn’t be either.
Atypical Coaching brings together Personal Training, Online Coaching, Functional Strength and Community—all with one purpose: helping people become stronger, inside and outside the gym.
A new name. A clearer vision. A stronger purpose.
The same Atypical!!! just continuing to evolve. 💚
And keep your eyes open… something exciting is coming tomorrow. 👀

This one means a little extra to me 💚
Ying is naturally quite quiet and being in front of a camera definitely isn’t something that comes easily to her — so the fact that she stepped outside of her comfort zone to share her experience and support me with this testimonial genuinely means so much. 🥹💚
But her journey is exactly why I wanted her story to be heard.
When we first started, the goal was mainly to lose weight and reduce body fat. But our journey has become about so much more than that.
Building strength.
Creating structure.
Learning how to train with confidence.
Becoming more consistent.
And slowly feeling more comfortable in an environment that once felt intimidating. 💪🏻
For me, coaching isn’t only about changing how someone looks.
It’s about helping someone realise what their body is capable of and building the confidence to keep showing up for themselves. 💚
thank you for trusting me with your journey — and especially for getting out of your comfort zone to share it. I’m very proud of how far you’ve come, and we’re not finished yet! 🙌🏻
This is what Atypical Coaching is about. 💚

Most people think warming up means 5 minutes on the treadmill.
I disagree.
If you’re about to squat, deadlift, press or lunge, your body should be prepared for the positions you’re about to load—not just feel warm.
Mobility before compound lifts isn’t about becoming more flexible. It’s about improving the quality of your movement so you can train with better control, confidence and technique.
Here are 5 reasons I include mobility before strength training:
✅ It helps you access better ranges of motion.
✅ It prepares the joints you’ll be using.
✅ It improves movement quality and technique.
✅ It gets your body ready to handle load.
✅ It makes your warm-up specific to the workout ahead.
Remember: mobility isn’t the workout… it’s what helps you get the most out of your workout. 💚
What’s one mobility drill you never skip before lifting? Let me know below! 👇

THIS is what I wanted to create. 💚
Not just another workout.
A space where women can train, challenge themselves, have a laugh, meet new people and feel part of something.
Our first ATYPICAL Community Train + Social is officially done 🙌🏻
Seeing women with different backgrounds, different fitness levels and different goals training together and supporting each other made this one very special.
There were sweaty faces, questionable exercise expressions 😂, high fives, lots of laughs… and of course brunch afterwards. ☕🥐
This is only the beginning.
I want to keep building a community where getting stronger isn’t only about what you can lift — it’s also about confidence, connection and having people around you who encourage you to keep showing up. 💚
Thank you to every single woman who came and made the first one what it was.
Next one? September. 👀💚
