“Post-summer skin reset” sounds appealing, but your skin does not need a generic seasonal package.

Sun exposure, heat, travel and disrupted routines can leave different people noticing very different things: tightness, dehydration, rougher texture, congestion, irritation or uneven-looking tone. Those concerns should not automatically receive the same treatment.
