She originally asked for balayage, but the root colour she had done elsewhere ended up much warmer than her natural brown, leaving an orange tone that didn’t quite suit her complexion.
For this balayage colour correction, we added lowlights to bring some of the natural depth back into the hair and toned down the warmth at the root. The goal wasn’t to completely change her colour, but to create a softer blend between her natural tones and the existing blonde.
A more balanced, natural-looking balayage that works with her complexion rather than against it.
