Just had a microneedling treatment? Your skin's recovery is just as important as the treatment itself.

Microneedling stimulates your skin's natural repair process and supports collagen production, helping improve the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, uneven skin texture and enlarged pores.

But how you care for your skin afterwards can make a difference to your recovery. 👇

Your essential microneedling aftercare guide:

💧 Keep your skincare simple. Use only gentle, practitioner-recommended products.
☀️ Avoid direct sun exposure and follow your practitioner's advice on when to resume SPF.
💄 Avoid makeup for at least 24 hours.
🏋️ Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and excessive sweating for 24–48 hours.
🚫 Avoid retinol, vitamin C, exfoliating acids and harsh skincare until your skin has recovered.
🫧 Don't pick, peel or scrub your skin. Give it time to heal naturally.

A little redness, warmth and tightness can be normal after microneedling. However, increasing pain, spreading redness or discharge should be assessed by your practitioner.

Remember: Great skin results don't end when you leave the treatment room. Your aftercare matters, too. 🤍
