Before you book another lip top-up, read this.

You’ve had your lips topped up, tried adding a little more, maybe even changed practitioners but you still feel like something isn’t quite right.

And sometimes, the answer isn’t more filler.

If you’re still unhappy with your lips, simply adding more can actually take you further away from the result you’re trying to achieve. Over time, repeatedly adding filler can contribute to migration, unevenness, lumpiness and changes to the natural shape of your lips.

Instead of asking, “How much more filler can I have?”, the better question is “What is actually stopping me from getting the result I want?”

Your anatomy, existing filler, how your tissue has responded and the proportions of your lips all need to be considered.

After 8 years of injecting, I’ve seen first-hand that more filler doesn’t always mean better lips.

Sometimes the best option is to stop adding, reassess what’s already there and change the approach - creating a treatment plan that’s actually suited to your lips and the result you want.

Because you shouldn’t feel like you need to keep having more filler just because you’re still not happy with the result.
