Here I treated with a delicate approach to ensure this patient remained looking like her beautiful self but just slightly fresher - she was concerned by the ‘indents’ by her nose and nose to mouth lines. We can’t eliminate these as that would look unnatural but to help soften them, I injected carefully into the areas of concern but also a touch above, into the midface too. Less is always more when it comes to dermal filler 🤍
Redness, swelling and bruising is unfortunately never possible to avoid entirely but will settle soon following the treatment 💫

This client came concerned with “the lines by my nose” - or as us injectors like to call it, the piriform fossa, and the indent at the transition between the jaw and the chin. With some carefully placed dermal filler, both areas look more seamless - but natural! Of course there is inflammation from injections, and this will settle within the next few days generally
