Edinburgh is great for a trip, and is a great place to stay. They currently have an exhibition showcasing Scotland’s and , along with a really nice Stay Well line-up while you’re there, including our RJB Patches.

Thank you to The Times for including me in their feature on London’s most in-demand acupuncturists this weekend.

London is home to hundreds of brilliant acupuncturists, many of whom you can find through the British Acupuncture Council website.

Daily in clinic, I have conversations with patients who are finding it increasingly hard to do one thing at a time. Then one of them asked me why we hadn’t done a Focus Patch, and I had no good answer. So I decided to make one. And here we are: the Ross Barr Focus Patch is designed to sit on your temples - an Acupuncture point that’s
closely linked to how the nervous system processes sensory input.
Gentle stimulation here, especially when combined with herbs, intention and a beautifully subtle scent, can have a really lovely effect. I hope they help! RJB x
