Have you ever noticed that you can understand a pattern completely - and still keep repeating it?

This is one of the reasons I work with SRT — Spiritual Response Therapy.
SRT is a form of energetic work using a pendulum and connection with the Higher Self to explore and clear patterns that may be influencing your present experience.
For me, the work is not about giving you another explanation of why you are the way you are.
It is about looking deeper at what may still be keeping a pattern in place — and creating space for something different.
