We make supplements for the Ummah

Our grandmothers never threw the bones away.

They knew how to stretch one animal across several meals. Bones, skin, cartilage, tougher cuts. Simmered slowly until the collagen-rich tissue turned to gelatin. Nothing useful was wasted.

Then convenience arrived.

Whole cuts became boneless fillets. Slow stews became ready meals. Home cooking became takeout.

We kept eating plenty of protein. But the collagen-rich parts stopped reaching our plates.

And not every protein does the same job. Collagen has a different amino acid profile, rich in glycine, proline and hydroxyproline. It is the most abundant structural protein in the body, forming part of your skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and bones.

You rely on that structure every day. When your knees bend into sujood. When you climb the stairs. When you carry your children.

The traditional solution still works. Bone broth. Skin-on, bone-in cuts. Slow-cooked soups. But most busy households do not have hours to simmer bones every week.

The principle is valuable. The routine is difficult.

So we made the old principle practical again.

Halal Collagen Protein. Hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides from halal-certified, grass-fed cattle. Unflavored. No fillers. No artificial sweeteners. Stir it into coffee, soup, oats, smoothies or curries.

Ten seconds instead of ten hours.

Traditional nourishment. Made practical for modern Muslim life.

Your body is using energy right now. Reading this. Breathing. Sitting still.

Every cell runs on a tiny battery called ATP. It lasts seconds before it needs rebuilding.

Most of the time food and oxygen handle that. But when demand rises fast, your body reaches for a backup.

That backup uses creatine.

You already make it. You already store it in your muscles, with some in the brain. It supports power, repeated effort, and the brain when it is working hard.

It is not caffeine. There is no buzz. Just a system that keeps up.

Comment CREATINE and we will send you the full article, bi’ithnillah.

Not every blessing looks like money.

The body that carries you to salah, to work, to your children, to the people who rely on you. That is rizq too.

Food that supports clarity instead of draining it.

Rest that is not the opposite of discipline.

Movement that protects the version of you at sixty.

Care that comes before the problem, not after it.

Wellness is not vanity. It is looking after an amanah you were given.

Save this as a reminder to keep taking care of your amanah.

Which slide did you need today?

Barakah builds up quietly.

Waking for fajr.

Saying bismillah before you eat.

Walking without your phone.

Sleeping after ’Isha.

None of it looks impressive from the outside, some might dare to say it’s boring.

All of it changes the shape of your day.

You see the impact a few months in.

Women carry up to 80% less creatine than men.

Almost nobody tells you that.

Here is the simple version.

Your cells run on a fuel called ATP.

It burns fast.

Creatine is the charge your cells keep in the cupboard, ready to hand over the moment the fuel runs low.

Muscles use it.

So does the brain.

It helps you tackle that mid-afternoon slump.

That sudden brain fog.

Your brain is 2% of your weight and it uses about 20% of your energy.

Your body makes a little.

The rest comes from red meat and fish.

Women tend to eat less of both, and research shows women start with far lower stores than men.

So the cupboard sits half empty.

For most of us it has always been half empty.

Creatine monohydrate is the most studied form there is.

Unflavored, so it vanishes into your drink.

become obsessed with the things that actually change you.

The world tells you to obsess over your body. Your output. Your image.

Islam points somewhere quieter.

Your marriage. Your salah. Your adab.

The amānah you were handed the day you were given this body.

Discipline is not aesthetic.

It is the small thing you do again on the day you do not feel like it.

Take care of it well, in’sha Allah.

7 islamic ways to support fertility naturally.

Islam never asked us to choose between du’a and action.

Zakariyya (AS) made du’a. Maryam (AS) was told to shake the palm tree.

Tie your camel, then trust in Allah.

The means and the tawakkul belong together.

Inside: du’a, blessed foods, sleep, gratitude, omega-3 and the compounds your body relies on for healthy hormone signaling.

Save this one. Send it to a sister who is waiting.

Comment “FERTILITY” and we will send you our islamic guide to a healthy pregnancy, bi’ithnillah.

Joint pain is rarely one thing.

So it is rarely fixed by one thing.

Most of us reach for whatever is nearest.

A gel. A painkiller.

Something that gets you to asr and wears off by maghrib.

But the joints carry us through every salah, every day, every year.

They deserve more than a quick fix.

So we put together five daily habits, rooted in both the sunnah and the science, that support your joints over time.

Anti-inflammatory foods our tradition already pointed us toward.

Daily movement.

Morning stretching.

Omega-3. And enough protein, including halal collagen, to give your joints what they are built from.

None of it works overnight.

Swipe through.

Then comment HEALTH and we will show you how to build it into your routine, in’sha Allah.

Most people have heard of collagen… but very few actually know what it is.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body — it makes up around 30% of all your protein and forms the structure of your skin, joints, bones, hair, nails, and even your gut lining. Think of it as the “scaffolding” that keeps everything strong, firm, and functioning.

The problem?

From your mid-20s, your body naturally produces 1–1.5% less collagen every single year.

Stress accelerates the loss even more.

And by your 40s and 50s, this decline becomes dramatic — showing up as:

▪️ Stiff, achy joints
▪️ Slower recovery
▪️ Fine lines and weaker skin
▪️ Thinning hair
▪️ Brittle nails
▪️ Bloating or gut discomfort

That’s why collagen has exploded in popularity — because research has finally caught up with what people have been feeling.

What the studies show:

Clinical trials have shown that collagen peptides can:

✔️ Improve joint comfort and mobility in as little as 4–6 weeks
✔️ Increase skin elasticity and firmness
✔️ Support hair thickness and reduce shedding
✔️ Strengthen nails and improve growth
✔️ Support gut integrity and recovery

But here’s the issue: most collagen on the market isn’t halal, and many blends are filled with artificial flavours, sweeteners, and hidden mixes.

That’s why we created Halal Collagen Protein — a pure, single-ingredient collagen sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle and certified halal. No fillers. No blends. No games. Just clinically-studied collagen your body actually recognises and uses.

For Muslims who want to feel strong again, move freely, and genuinely take care of their body from the inside out — this is where you start.
