Unfortunately, this is me right now…😭
As many of you already know, I’ve really been struggling with my health over the last few weeks. I suffer with heat stroke, and the extreme temperatures have made it incredibly difficult to work safely in my lab. I’ve tried absolutely everything I can to keep the workspace cool, but realistically, for a room this size I’d need around £600–£700 worth of air conditioning equipment, which just isn’t something I can afford right now.
Because of that, some orders have already been delayed, and I truly appreciate everyone who’s been so patient and understanding.
Unfortunately, things have now become even more challenging.
Last weekend, I was involved in a hit and run accident. I fractured my arm, fractured my ankle, badly sprained my wrist, bruised my ribs and have several severe wounds that require regular hospital visits to make sure they don’t become infected.
At the moment, I can’t walk properly and I’m unable to use the entire left side of my body, which is also my dominant side. As you can imagine, making, bottling, labelling and packing products safely just isn’t as straightforward as it normally is.
The one positive is that I’m currently off from my part -time job, which means I can dedicate all of my energy to Alysium while I recover. I’ll be doing everything I can to get orders out as quickly as I’m physically able, but I do ask for a little extra patience over the next few weeks.
