Dr Sam Bunting is a London-based cosmetic dermatologist specialising, quite simply, in great skin – she’s widely considered to be a beauty insider’s best-kept secret. She’s passionate about making a dermatologist’s advice more accessible and helping women understand that a visit to her office is not just for serious skin conditions. In her media work and as a presenter on TLC’s Extreme Beauty Disasters, she helps bridge the gap between traditional dermatology and beauty. She received her training from Cambridge University and University College London and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2002. She approaches her work with empathy, knowledge and a light, aesthetic touch. She utilises the latest prescription-strength skin-care products, medical needling and injectables in combination to deliver optimal skin health. Dr Bunting is the calming voice of reason when it comes to navigating the hugely confusing arenas of skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. I finally feel like an author!! 📕

It was such a joy to celebrate the launch of FLAWLESS at CÉ LA VI in Paddington, surrounded by so many wonderful people. After so long in the making, seeing everyone come together to celebrate felt incredibly special and it finally locked into my brain that this project was finally wrapped.

Thank you to everyone who joined me, supported me and helped bring this book into the world. A very full heart today. 🤍

FLAWLESS is officially out today 📖✨

Comment FLAWLESS and I’ll send you the link to watch the full video on YouTube 🤍

It’s an expert roadmap to bright, clear skin, built around the four-step system I’ve used in clinic for the last 2 decades: Cleanse, Activate, Hydrate, Protect.

No overwhelm, no wasted effort, just what I genuinely believe works.

FLAWLESS wasn’t written in one place. It was written across cities, islands, mountains, hotel rooms and more than one mild technological crisis.

From Mexico City to Greece, Switzerland to the Rockies, this is the story of where the book came together, and what it actually took to get it finished.

Swipe for the journey behind FLAWLESS 📖✨

A little GRWM before a night out at Maison Estelle 🍸

FLAWLESS is out tomorrow, and it’s finally starting to feel real. My mum received her copy yesterday and sent me the loveliest message. Cue a few tears before the eyeliner. 🥹

Lip Tint 02
Brow 1980 Volumizing Tinted Pomade
Radiant Creamy Concealer
Signature de Chanel Eyeliner Pen
Modern Mascara
Enhance and Define Lip Pencil in Fawnysso earrings

I can’t wait for you to have it in your hands. Martini first, though. 📖✨

Please stop trying to empty your pores. Sebaceous filaments are a normal feature of healthy skin that tend to be more prominent in oily and combination skin.

The goal? Keep pores clear rather than trying to squeeze them into submission.

Save this for your next magnifying mirror moment 🔍

Beetroot for Fall? Groundbreaking. 🍂

Sharing my longevity smoothie for dull, dry post-summer skin.

Comment BEETROOT for the recipe.

This might just be one of the most annoying skin issues and solving them takes patience above all else‼️

Thankfully, the solution is combining the internet’s favourite duo, azelaic acid and a retinoid.
Are closed comedones your personal bugbear?

This book is for anyone who’s ever stood in front of a shelf of serums and thought “I have no idea what I actually need.“

After twenty years in clinic, I’d had enough of watching people waste money, time and hope on skincare routines that weren’t working.

The skincare market has never been more saturated; at the same time, skincare has never been more popular or more confusing. Impossibly complex ten-step routines, viral ingredients, and fearmongering dressed up as advice abound.

I wrote FLAWLESS because I wanted to share what ACTUALLY worked for my patients, why it works and what you can happily ignore.

I think of this as a selfcare book for your skin.

FLAWLESS is out on the 24th September - preorder link in bio! .
