A little to such a special and fun day 🖤

Just your daily reminder that life is now. I’m a big planner and I always think of the future. I think it’s important to do that. But I’ve made that too much of a priority and lost sight of the here and now.

Looking back through old photos and reflecting on growth. This was four years ago - how time flies!
Life will give you many chances to learn lessons - even if sometimes we skip through a chapter, life has a way of presenting another opportunity, another set of circumstances, another way to teach you what you didn’t learn the first time around.
Rather than resist it, surrender to it, and grow from it. 💛

Sometimes a happy and peaceful place has to do with where you are. Sometimes it has to do with the people around you who bring you love and joy. But, regardless of the place and the company, your happy and peaceful place always must always start within even if it’s a work in progress 💛

Thinking I need more color in my wardrobe…but then again…nah 😂

Let’s talk breakfast! I used to complicate it so much…had to have the right and ratio…had to have breakfast no matter what…and the list goes on and on. Truth is, unless you are training for a particular sport or are an advance athlete training for a goal, doesn’t have to be complicated. If you are hungry, have something. If not, wait until you are. It’s that simple. 🐫 IG fam!

Sometimes we need to walk down memory lane to remember who we are ❤️
