Day 2 after microneedling on my face and chest, and Profhilo on my neck. ✨
The redness has settled down a little today, although my skin is definitely feeling drier. At this stage, it's all about protecting my skin barrier and giving it the best environment to heal.
My routine is very simple:
💧 A non-comedogenic PDRN serum to keep my skin hydrated without clogging my pores.
🧴 A gentle moisturiser to lock in hydration.
☀️ SPF 50 every single day, even though I'm indoors most of the time. UV rays can still pe*****te through windows, so protecting healing skin is essential.
I'm also being extra careful by:
🤍 Patting my skin dry instead of rubbing it with a towel.
🛏️ Sleeping on clean pillowcases and fresh bedding.
🐶 Keeping my dogs away from my face and chest while my skin is still healing to reduce the risk of irritation or infection.

PROFILE HARMONISATION
This transformation is one of my favourites. Profile harmonisation is a highly sought after treatment at TOA CLINIC. The treatment aims to make subtle enhancements that balance and contour your profile to bring out your original youthfulness without changing your face. It is important to stick to the what the canvas is already providing. The canvas is the face pre treatment. Look at it as the foundation which we build upon. Here, I have subtly enhanced the chin, cheeks and eyes, as well as the nose to mouth lines, treated via injection to the piriform.
Aesthetic treatments are a journey. This gentleman was treated over a year. He had ultrasound to tighten the skin and muscles as well as thread lift. Once these are done, the skin is much tighter and lifted. After which, the, filler was Injected. Men use more filler than women in general, since their skin and fat pads are larger. Depending on your physiology, clients can use up to 10ml or more for a full face rejuvenation. Those with less fat under the skin tend to need more dermal fillers. Skin tightening is suggested before fillers. This reduces the amount of filler needed since the skin has contracted and lifted.
If you notice that your profile needs balancing, and your face is looking thinner, with less definition, don't worry, as this is the natural ageing process where fat pads and bone tend to atrophy. This can be corrected over time.
A slow approach over time is much more effective, as it allows me to work with your natural physiology.
