What do you think of Chloe Meadows results? Swipe through to see Chloe’s skin transformation from where we started to where we are today🤍

Melasma is one of the most challenging forms of pigmentation to treat. It can be persistent, unpredictable and often requires a long-term approach rather than a quick fix.

Great results with melasma are rarely about one treatment alone. It’s about understanding the skin, identifying the triggers, choosing the right treatments at the right time, and being consistent throughout the journey.

With Chloe, we’ve taken a carefully tailored approach to target pigmentation, improve uneven tone and gradually restore a brighter, clearer and healthier-looking complexion.

Melasma can take time, patience and consistency - but these results show just how much can be achieved with the right approach🤍

We couldn’t be happier with how Chloe’s skin is looking - fresh, radiant and still completely natural.

Every tattoo is unique, so the number of treatments needed varies. Factors like the tattoo’s size, age, colours, depth and your skin all play a role. While most tattoos require multiple sessions for the best results, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan during your consultation.

🚨 Stop believing this grey hair myth…

You’ve probably heard that if you pluck one grey hair, two or three more will grow back… but that’s not true!

Each hair grows from its own individual follicle, so removing one grey hair won’t cause the surrounding hairs to turn grey or multiply.

Grey hairs appear because your hair follicles gradually produce less melanin as you age - it’s completely natural and mostly down to genetics.

That said, constantly plucking grey hairs isn’t the best idea. Repeated plucking can irritate or damage the follicle, which may lead to thinner hair or stop that hair from growing back altogether.

So next time someone tells you plucking grey hairs makes more appear… you can confidently tell them it’s a myth!

Did you believe this myth? Let us know in the comments!

The eyes never lie. They’re often the very first feature to reveal the effects of ageing - but true rejuvenation is about far more than simply filling hollows.

Restoring lost volume is only one part of the equation. Regenerating the quality of the skin and supporting the body’s own healing processes is what creates natural, long-lasting results.

I’ve been performing facial fat transfer for well over a decade, continually refining my technique as both the science and technology have evolved. Every step of the process matters - from harvesting and processing to purification and precise placement.

For my wife Henal Somji , I performed advanced periorbital fat transfer using a combination of nanofat, stromal vascular fraction (SVF) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) to harness the body’s own regenerative potential.

Using the Puregraft system allows us to thoroughly purify the harvested fat by removing unwanted blood, oil and inflammatory debris, while the NanoCube system creates a highly consistent nanofat with controlled particulate size for smoother delivery into the delicate tissues around the eyes.

The goal isn’t simply to fill hollows - it is to support tissue regeneration, improve skin quality, enhance vascularity and create a more natural, refreshed appearance over time. This is something fillers cannot do.

Regenerative medicine has transformed what we can achieve with fat transfer. By combining meticulous surgical technique with the latest processing technologies, we’re moving beyond simply replacing lost volume and towards encouraging the body’s own healing and regenerative processes.

Every patient requires an individual assessment, and not everyone is suitable for this approach, but in the right patient it can be one of the most rewarding procedures in facial rejuvenation.

Please send this to someone who needs to hear this…

This isn’t about judging parents or blaming children. It’s about raising awareness.

Lately, we’ve all been seeing headlines about younger and younger children following skincare trends on social media. Many are using products made for adults without understanding what those ingredients can do to developing skin.

Dear parents, this is your reminder to take a look at what’s sitting on your child’s bathroom shelf. Just because it’s viral doesn’t mean it’s safe, necessary, or suitable for young skin.

Healthy skin doesn’t need a 10-step routine. What children need most is guidance, education, and protection - not pressure to keep up with online trends.

Let’s start normalising age - appropriate skincare and remind our children that healthy skin is more important than chasing every trend.

If this message resonates with you, please save and share it with someone who needs to hear it!

To all dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and skincare professionals: What’s your take on this comparison? Do you agree or disagree? Share your thoughts in the comments below and join the conversation 🙏🙏🙏
