Ross, having qualified as a hairdresser in 2001, he was based in Philip Kingsleys flagship Mayfair clinic running an independent salon. During this time, Ross advised patients on the best cut, colour or style for problem hair, specialising in adding body or volume. Having been inspired by patients treated successfully at the Philip Kingsley Clinic, and feeling that he had the required personal skills to manage client expectation, Ross qualified as a trichologist in 2012, and has since been consulting in the Philip Kingsley Clinic. Ross has excellent knowledge of hair from an aesthetic point of view, as well as the psychological effect it has.
