Why Max Strength Holistics ? The idea of Max Strength Holistics came from James Carolan. This led him to shift his focus towards health and wellbeing.
When James was thinking of a company name he wanted something that would put across an attitude that what is being offered as direct, hands on, to the point, and highly potent. When it comes to delivering a quality service we adopt a max strength effort to produce max strength results. Expect to have some discussion regarding expectations of sessions and what can be achieved. Identifying a clients

James originally pursued a career as a professional dancer which was cut short by an unfortunate injury. He since has helped people recover from their injuries working as an acupuncturist, massage therapist and Yoga teacher for over 10 years. James believes strongly in studying from the best people available in order to deliver the best service one can. James studied at the Bodyharmonics Centre in Chelthenham where he gained most of his skills and knowledge regarding Asian Therapies, it was here where he started his path studying Chinese medicine (specifically tuina with acupuncture) and Indonesian massage. He expanded his knowledge into yoga teaching studying at the Power Yoga Company understanding that recovering from pain and illness naturally involves educating clients in adopting a healthier lifestyle. Having the skills in teaching yoga gives the client added tools that can be applied on a daily basis making conditions more self-manageable. Most recently James embarked on a Thai Yoga Massage course at the Shen Mantra school which has helped him put together his hands on knowledge a long with yoga to give the client a yoga sessiom without effort a long with all the mental, physical, and meditative benefits a massage can bring.
