This was asked quite a few times in the last video! And I wanted to clarify that violet is much bluer based on a lighter tone but when it comes to permanent tinting, it has more of that red undertone especially on darker levels so be careful when using violet to "neutralise" because it can actually appear more red!

When it comes to these transformations, you never know the fade and how it's going to look when they come back so thinking about it everytime like a new conundrum is important! Saw a post about cancellation fees earlier and I thought I'd weigh in 🤪 I've never actually charged one...even though people insist that I take one. Life comes up, and I get it. Same for me too tbh! What if I chopped my little finger off and had to cancel my week?! (Hint: I did 🤪)

When it comes to toning, an ALKALINE Demi is always going to be my go to/ the alkalinity helps the colour to drive in further and the technology is more equipped to remove those brassy unwanted tones!

Root smudge: 6 Diacolour 6vol
Lightener: Multi techniques powder & 12.5vol
Colour inbetween foils: 1/2 6 1/2 8.1 dialight 6vol
Toner formulas: 1/2 7 1/2 8.1 dialight 6vol / 9.13 dialight 9vol
Listen, black box dye ain't easy but a soft and simple approach is always best! And remember to CLEAN THE CANVAS as much as possible, it's so so hard to try and do too many things at once!
