Right now, we know things are anything but usual, so it's natural to have lots of questions. With that in mind, I thought I'd send you some of the most common questions being asked by our clients about their hair, our services etc. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

When Will You Re-open?
We would love to be open as soon as possible and serving you, but we are governed by the government's health policy and advice. As soon as the UK government makes announcements on when it is safe for 'non-essential businesses' to open, we will let you know.

Can I Still Get in Touch With You?
Yes, of course. You can still call us for advice, book appointments ahead, order hair products or any other questions you have. Please call us on the usual number; 020 8345 5621 and we will help you where we can.

What Will Happen To The Funds On My Hairplan?

Your funds will remain on your account and you can use them as soon as we are open.

How Can I Get a Priority Appointment As Soon As You Open?
We're getting calls constantly from clients wanting an appointment as soon as we're open. To make it fair on everyone, we will prioritise all bookings in the way listed below.
