Twins? Not quite. Same woman - one BBL HEROic + MOXI treatment apart.

For almost 20 years, she had been trying to improve this pigmentation with different laser treatments, but this particular area remained stubborn.

After BBL HEROic + MOXI, look at the change in her overall skin quality - clearer pigmentation, more even tone, less redness and a noticeably brighter complexion.

What I love about this combination is that we’re not simply chasing one brown spot. We’re treating the skin more globally: pigmentation, redness, sun damage, texture and overall skin quality.

Same patient. Same skin. Very different complexion.

A lot of girls come to us after mixing far too many acids at home.
Glycolic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid, azelaic acid, exfoliating toners, peels, retinoids… and sometimes, instead of improving the skin, they end up over-exfoliating it, damaging the skin barrier and making the skin red, sensitive, dehydrated and reactive.
And once the barrier is compromised, recovery can take weeks - sometimes months.
That’s exactly why we created this visual guide: to help you understand what different acids actually do, when to use them, what they can be combined with, and which skin concerns they are best suited for.
Of course, skincare is never just about the ingredient name. Concentration matters. Formulation matters. pH matters. The rest of the product matters too. Two products containing the same acid can behave very differently on the skin.
If you want to improve your skin properly rather than simply adding more and more products, you can start with a skin analysis and consultation at Geometry Clinic.
We use AI skin analysis with our Korean dermatology imaging system to assess different skin concerns in much more detail and help identify what actually needs to be treated.
From there, we build a personalised plan using the smallest number of products necessary — choosing from both medical-grade and cosmetic skincare where appropriate.
Because the goal is not to own 15 products.
The goal is clear, healthy, well-maintained skin - and we are just as invested in getting you there as you are.
Save this guide for later-especially before adding another acid to your routine.

Endolift is one of my favourite treatments — and there is a reason for that.

For me, it’s not just another “skin tightening” procedure. It is a very precise, anatomy-driven treatment.

We are working with a fine laser fibre underneath the skin, which allows us to target specific areas depending on the patient’s anatomy-where we want tightening, where we want tissue contraction, and where we may want some remodelling of the superficial fat.

What I really love about Endolift is that it doesn’t rely only on an immediate mechanical effect.

The laser energy creates controlled thermal stimulation within the tissues, triggering biological processes including collagen remodelling and neocollagenesis. So the treatment continues to work after the procedure, as the tissues gradually reorganise and tighten.

That is why I always plan Endolift anatomically rather than following the same pattern on every face.

Different face. Different anatomy. Different vectors. Different treatment plan.

Precise. Biological. Anatomy-driven.

And probably one of the reasons Endolift remains one of the treatments I genuinely love performing.

Ptosis after anti-wrinkle injections is not always the same complication.

Behind one word, there can be completely different clinical situations:
• “Mephisto” brow
• brow ptosis
• true upper eyelid ptosis

And each of them has a different cause, different anatomy, and different correction strategy.

That is why the most important step is not to “treat ptosis” in general, but to understand exactly which type of ptosis you are seeing.

In this carousel, I break down:
• how each type looks clinically
• why it happens
• what can be done in practice
• when it is better to wait
• which treatments require caution

Important: correction should always be based on anatomy, dose, injection points, timing, and individual muscle activity. This post is for professional education and does not replace medical assessment.

Save this as a quick clinical checklist and share it with a colleague who works with botulinum toxin.

Same face. Better support.

Lifting isn’t just about the jawline — it’s about vectors. Treating the upper and midface helps support the lower face too, so the whole structure lifts, not just one point.

No volume added. Just skin, tightened and better supported.

Not every “younger” comes from a needle.

Skin quality and skin tightness do more for how fresh a face looks than volume ever will.

We’re putting together a package for exactly that — Skin Quality + Tightness.

Interested? Comment “SKIN” and we’ll send you the details. 🤍

5 years. 5 lip filler treatments. No dissolving.

This patient first came to me in 2021, before having any lip filler.

Over the following five years, we treated her lips approximately five times — gradually adding and maintaining volume rather than trying to create a completely different shape.

And this is something I think is important to show.

Lip filler doesn’t necessarily need to be dissolved and restarted every few years.

When the anatomy is respected, the right amount of product is used and filler is placed appropriately, we can simply maintain a beautiful result over time.

2021 → 2026:

• More volume, but still her lips
• Natural proportions maintained
• Definition preserved
• No obvious filler migration
• Never dissolved

The goal of good lip filler isn’t to make each treatment noticeable.

It’s to look at the lips years later and still recognise the anatomy we started with.

Enhance. Maintain. Don’t overfill.
