Botulinum toxin treatment is always more than simply following injection maps or fixed protocols.

Every face is different. Every patient has unique anatomy, muscle strength, facial expressions, and ageing patterns. That is why every treatment requires careful assessment, clinical thinking, and an individual approach.

The older the patient, the more challenging the treatment becomes. There is no universal technique or perfect dose that works for everyone. I may adjust my decisions during the procedure if I believe it will provide a better and safer result.

I always take full responsibility for every treatment, every decision, and all possible risks.

The more experience I gain, the better I understand facial anatomy, balance, and ageing. With every year of practice, my results become more refined, natural, and predictable.

🇬🇧 Why does filler migrate?

One of the most common reasons is too much filler.

Every lip has its own anatomical limit. When the tissue can no longer accommodate more volume, filler starts looking for free space and may move beyond the natural border of the lip.

This is where the injector’s responsibility is not just to “add more”, but to honestly explain to the patient: further augmentation may not create more beautiful lips — it may lead to filler migration and loss of shape.

Another important reason is placing filler where it should not be placed.

For example, into the white roll — the pale border above the lip.
This is not an area for filler.

When product is placed there, the lip contour may become blurred, the lips can lose definition, and unwanted volume may appear above the lip.

Beautiful lips are not only about volume.
They are about anatomy, technique, and knowing when to stop.
