Happy New Year all!
Finally getting back into normality and my little one is back at school! 😅
For me, this season hasn’t been about setting lots of new goals — it’s been more about looking closely at things to let go of or limit, so I can better focus on making progress with what really matters. Whether it’s quality time with loved ones, building my business, doing things I love, or simply enjoying the fun in the smaller things in life. Life already feels so full, and I know for so many people that adding more and more can quickly feel overwhelming.
I’ve been removing what doesn’t serve me- i.e I am really limiting my time on social media scrolling now and tbh I hardly ever watch TV nowadays!
By doing that, I’ve been able to make space for the things that actually support me — a bit of journaling in the mornings (whenever I manage to get up before 5:30), short gym sessions when I can (I’m not a create or structure routine so I go once or twice a week- not always consistent- but I go 😂, and investing time in coaching sessions that have been really grounding for me.
We don’t magically get more hours in the day — we just choose where our energy goes 💛
Here’s to a year of gentle focus, nurturing ourselves, and making space for the things that really support our wellness and growth. Wishing you all a grounded and happy New Year! Xx

Yesterday I got to deliver mini chair massages at a local event for the residents — a little pre-Christmas treat for them 🎄✨. Christmas music, lovely chats, and some proper relaxation — honestly, such a lovely way to finish the year. Feeling really grateful to bring a bit of calm and joy to everyone 💛

A few snippets from last weekend at the Christmas Market, which was such was so nice!
Loved offering chair massages and selling my hand-blended oils, while connecting with so many lovely people from our local community 🤍
Big thanks to for supporting small businesses and bringing us all together. I really loved chatting to all the other vendors — moments like these remind me how special our local community is.

Women’s Circle: Love Languages & Motherhood
Every Monday 10:30- 11:45 I’m holding space for a free, community circle for women — a gentle, welcoming place to gather around motherhood, love, and connection.
Here, we listen without judgment, support one another with practical tools and lived experience, and explore meaningful topics.
Whether you’re caring for little ones, supporting others, or carrying the wisdom of your own journey, this space is for you. 💛
Come exactly as you are — tired or joyful, quiet or curious. There is room for you and every voice.
With soft blankets & cushions, gentle music, toys for little ones, warm drinks, and a few treats, this is a space to slow down, connect, and simply be — with no pressure to share.
I created this circle because I deeply believe we’re not meant to do life — or motherhood — alone.
I look forward to seeing you soon!
Location: St Anne’s Church, Three C**t Street, E14.

A little behind-the-scenes from a recent session with one of my active clients who came in with tired, overworked muscles in her upper back.
Before working directly on the sore spots, it’s so important to release the tension in the surrounding areas first. Our bodies are incredibly connected — when one muscle group is tight, it creates a pull-on effect somewhere else, soo…
So we began by loosening the glutes and hamstrings including stretches and compressions, helping her whole body settle and open up, before working our way up to the upper back and shoulders where the discomfort was more noticeable.
In this session I used:
👉 Energising compression techniques
👉 Dynamic stretching to create space between muscle fibres
👉 Targeted upper-back work to bring ease and relief
This combination helps the body relax deeply, improves mobility, and leaves you feeling lighter, looser, and ready to move again.
How is your body feeling?
