I thought I would give you a closeup of beautiful
Laura’s bridal look because it’s perfect inspiration for a bride who wants to look elegant, edgy, classy, unique and gorgeous all wrapped into one perfect package 🤍
I absolutely loved the fitted bodice with waist cinching peplum waist (so flattering by the way). It enhances her tiny waist and creates curves in all of the right places. Also, looooove the fact that the bodice has that sexy off-the-shoulder style sleeve!
The way it seamlessly blends with the stylish ankle grazing column skirt is just so elegant with a very vintage edge
The sleek half-up half-down hairstyle shows off Laura’s strong features and refined décolletage beautifully. It makes the whole look feel a little more modern and editorial. Which I also love 🥹
And the veil, and the shoes…I have no words 😭

Rich chocolate features bridal inspo 🤎
If you’re a bride with dark features then look no further. Isa had such beautiful, hypnotic eyes which I enhanced with smoky eyeliner and sultry lashes.
Lots of brides go for light pinks, and minimalist eyes…but when your features are as striking as this (especially with that gorgeous olive skin tone), darker makeup looks so strikingly beautiful.

Side note; I thought I’d post a carousel today because often your work can get lost in all the noise of reels. Plus stills are always great to use as inspiration for your own bridal look!

🌷 Try to hold hands for most of the ceremony. Not only does this steady your nerves, and stop you wondering awkwardly where to place your hands…but it also looks so romantic in the photos
🌷 Make sure you plan the first two rows of seating for the ceremony. You’ll most likely want immediate family and the bridesmaids/groomsmen upfront. Think about the fact that the bridesmaids might need to be in aisle seats so that they can easily slip in without making everyone in the row stand up. Use some silk ribbon and luxe raw edge card to make some cute labels 🏷️
🌷Choose carefully when considering the ceremony readings and the people you pick to do them. Don’t forget, this will most likely be used as a sound overlay for your wedding video. So ask someone who is confident and used to speaking in public, and remember that the words you choose will set the tone for your whole video
🌷 Pop some eyelash glue on the back of your neck to keep your necklace in place and stop the clasp slipping round to the front.
🌷Open any sentimental gifts or emotional letters BEFORE your hair and makeup artist leaves. Trust me, you’ll want us there for the touch-ups 😘
🌷Invest in some white chalk as it works wonders to cover up makeup emergency stains on white fabrics
🌷Hold hands as you walk back up the aisle together and have another photo moment at the halfway point with a cute kiss or hug
