Open sky and space to simply be still. We gathered to create, release and breathe: exploring creative expression, guided breath work and poetic meditation, before a simple release activity, writing down thoughts or emotions that no longer served us, acknowledging them, then letting them go.

A nature-rooted wellbeing experience for women returning to self through connection with nature. No mats - just bare grass, breath, and the healing power of the earth beneath you. A space for release, restoration, and receiving all that nature already offers
Tree hugging is often labelled as “weird” largely because education rarely teaches us to meaningfully engage with nature. Research shows that physical contact with trees and natural environments can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress, lowering cortisol levels, and promoting a sense of grounding and calm. Simply - reconnecting with nature is not strange, it’s biologically restorative.
