I already have the silk bonnets which are fantastic for allowing your hair to dry naturally, but by wearing them in bed it seems to condition my hair overnight. I wake up with shiny hair. The scrunchies are incredible as them gently hold my hair without harming it and I sometimes just put my hair in a scrunchy when it is almost dry, pop on a silk bonnet and go to bed and in the morning I have gentle waves. Love it all
