Whether it’s Mama Recover for the postpartum weeks, the Breastfeeding Blend for the feeding months, or The Calm as my evening nightcap, my SABI blends are firmly on ice right now.
Cold. Colourful. Served in a proper glass. Heavy on vibe cultivation.
Because postpartum hydration can be practical and still feel delicious. It can support the season you are in and still feel festive. It can be one small way of choosing yourself while caring for everyone else.
Add berries. Add citrus. Add bubbles. Add a splash of juice. Make it look like the drink you actually hoped someone would hand you.
The vibe this summer: postpartum hydration, but make it delicious. And make it a little bit celebratory. 🥂

It took reading labels for a living and experimenting with my hyper reactive postpartum SUPER sensitive skin to end up buying less.
Most of what we call a skincare routine is damage control for the routine itself. Sensitive, reactive, hormone-fluctuating skin doesn’t need another step. It needs feeding.
The Prebiotic Moisturiser is the one I kept. One cream that feeds the barrier instead of apologising to it. EDC-free, made for skin that shifts with your hormones, not against it. 💛

The trick for me as an ambitious woman (possible workaholic 😬 we all have trauma right?) who still wants to work like I don’t have 3 feral boys, mother like I don’t work and sleep like I don’t have 3 under 6 years old with one or another crawling into bed or waking me up all hours of the night, is: making rest feel like productivity. Then I actually do it. Counter intuitive, perhaps. But it works for me. Legs up 🦵, a moment of presence, and a cup of calm blend 🍵 😴

Low-tox living as a mum of two under 2.5 and a women’s hormone health founder. People assume I’m the high-maintenance one in the room. These are 3 standards I have and I won’t be talked out of any of them. Which of these do you disagree with?
