Feel good + smell good… why not both? 😆

There’s something extra lovely about combining a warm candle massage with my Lomi Lomi. The candle melts into a beautiful, silky massage oil, leaving your skin soft and moisturised while the warmth adds that cosy, comforting feeling.

Then comes the Lomi Lomi… long, flowing movements that just make you think, “Yep… I needed this.” 😌

A little bit of warmth, a little bit of luxury, and a whole lot of “I don’t want this to end.” 🕯️🌿

Low back pain isn’t always coming from the low back itself. Sometimes deeper muscles like the QL, erector spinae, or even the SI joint area can contribute to discomfort. Finding the right area is the first step, knowing how to address it, is a real skill.

Knowing the muscle you’re targeting is one thing. Knowing how to effectively work with it is another.
Here, I’m targeting the QL with medium-to-firm pressure using my left arm, while working the gluteal muscles with firm-to-deep pressure using my right.
It’s not just about applying pressure, it’s about progressing the pressure appropriately and adapting to what the body needs. You need to understand when the body or an area that you are working on is ready to receive.
